Industry: eCommerce is an eCommerce store for several ski amenities like skis, snowboards, helmets, goggles, outerwear, clothing, and accessories. It has 11 brick and mortar locations statewide and is a leading brand with a loyal clientele. The online store allows buyers to place orders easily, due to intuitive UI/UX and contact-less delivery model.

Challenges was facing the issues of low traffic, conversion, and checkout abandonment despite having a wide range of audiences and thus needed to increase audience reach and devise a cohesive strategy for retargeting online customers.
